At Shayla The Label, we do everything possible to ensure our customers’ satisfaction.

However, there may be times when an item does not meet your expectations.

This document clearly explains our return policy to guide you step by step.


Return Conditions

You may request a return only after you have physically received your order.

Return costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping costs or customs duties that may apply.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Trying on the item is allowed, but prolonged use of the item is strictly prohibited.

Returning items that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the purpose of returning part of the order is not permitted.


Return Procedure

  1. Contact us at: 📩 info@shaylathelabel.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. We will then provide you with the return address of our supplier (located in China).

  3. You must return the item(s) at your own expense, including any applicable customs or shipping fees.

We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number (Track & Trace) to avoid the risk of the package being lost.


Refunds

Once the item has been received at the return address and its condition has been inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days using the same payment method used for the order.

Refunds will only be issued for items that meet the return conditions listed above.


Responsibility

Shayla The Label is not responsible for lost or undelivered shipments if tracking shows that the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

In the case of an incorrect shipping address, the responsibility lies with the customer.

Any address error must be reported within 24 hours after order confirmation.
